Turkish Delight with Hazelnuts (Haci Bekir - 17oz.)

It didnt taste fresh and it was very dry. I also brought back a few boxes of Turkish Delight from my recent trip to Istanbul. Although it may not be a fair comparison but even 2 months later, the boxes I brought back taste fresher than the ones I ordered from this vendor.

this product does not come close to the Haci Bekir Turkish delights I had in Istanbul - The Turkish delights were hard and the hazelnuts not very freshwill not buy again this type of product on line

I would have given this item 5 stars if the box had been better. After opening the box I have to weigh it down with something because it doesn't close! Good product with poor packaging.

My mother used to talk about "Turkish Delight" in the 1970's - she used to eat it as a child in South Africa. She complained for DECADES that she couldn't find it in America (and we lived in NYC... if it's hard there its had to be hard!) Pity she didn't live to see Amazon's Market Place. Anyway, this turkish delight brand is very good, and I am partial to this one with nuts.

Not bad, but not particularly good either. Just ok. Kind of hard. Strong hazelnut flavor though. Prefer honey Turkish delight from Hazer Baba.

I ordered these for my dad for Father's Day, and he asked me to get some for my mom on her birthday, because she was 'helping' him finish them off too fast!

Hacı Bekir is my preferred brand when it comes to Turkish Delight. I also recommend the assorted box, which contains different flavors. Don't miss the mastica flavored ones!

Haci Bekir is always the best one.
