The media could not be loaded.  It comes with 5 cartridges, charger and is very straightforward to use. I recommend getting some alcohol pads to clean face with prior then adding some hylaronic acid on with clean on & going through the face in circular motions until blood rises to surface for best results.

My husband got me this for Christmas this year and it's my goal to minimize the texture/pores on my face. **BEFORE BUYING** I highly suggest watching YouTube videos (Dr Pen actually has a channel with some guides and info) before just buying a microneedling kit and going at it.As far as the quality, this thing is AWESOME! It came with 5 individually wrapped heads (so, 5 months' worth) with 16 needles in each for absorption. The pen can go up to a 1mm depth and has 6 different speeds. It's also rechargeable, which is really nice! But all in all, this is a really nice pen, and it is SUPER easy to use. Just make sure to research a bit before trying to do it yourself. Lots of people mention using numbing cream, but I find that using a higher pulse setting and lightly pulling the skin you are working on helps ease the discomfort. If you've gotten a tattoo before, it's even less discomfort than that. I have only done my first session, and also purchased some hyaluronic acid on Amazon for it (reviewed separately). So, I will continue to update my review as far as my results go. After my first use, my skin was red for about a week. The first photo are from day 2, where I also noticed some pimples on my cheeks. The third photo shows some of the flaking after about day 6-7. The itching honestly is worse than the actual treatment, lol. And the last photo is from today. I still have enlarged pores, but I do see some improvement in my cheeks. Most notable change has been that my skin is incredibly soft! It's gonna take some time, but I am excited to see the changes!

I was so excited to get this pen as I have an A6 that I have used for years ! But the A8 is supposed to be better gliding across your skin and cordless so I finally decided to buy it from this dealer ! However I don’t know what’s going on but this pen does not work I charged it fully turned it on and it only worked for about 3 min then it shut itself off and I could never get it to work again So I called up Amazon and they offered to send me out another one for which I got the next day ! Excited to get it I charged it and once again it only worked for about 3 min and it shut itself off again ! So I plugged it back in to charge it again thinking maybe it just needs more time to charge so I let it charge for another 24 hrs and I could never get the dam thing to turn back on ! I’m so upset 😭 I really had high hopes for this device ! Now I have to send both these faulty pens back to Amazon and get my money back ! I am so disappointed in these pens I just can’t believe neither of them work !

I included a photo of the type of hyaluronic acid I use after I do the microneedling. It works best, in my opinion.The micro needler works well, honestly. I like that it allows you to choose the needle length (other needlers dont always have that option). The battery life is good, I've used the needler several times already still on the same first battery charge.I like how heavy it is, as well. Makes it easy to position and not accidentally over correct.Was it with the price point? Yeah, I'd say so especially considering it comes with several sterile needles. The only thing different I'd like to see is hopefully more needle pack quantities in the future!Pros:Easy to use, rechargeable, needle length setting, minimum pain (gotta expect some, of course), comes with sterile needles.Cons:I'd love to see this brand start offering more needle quantity options and hyaluronic acids.

Ich habe das Gerät jetzt einige Male verwendet und kann schon eine sichtliche Verbesserung meiner Haut sehen.Natürlich ist das Gesicht nach der ersten Anwendung erstmal gerötet. Aber das gibt sich schnell wieder und die Haut sieht dann frisch und jung aus. Kleine Unebenheiten verschwinden, als wären sie nie dagewesen.Für gröbere Falten soll es noch andere Aufsätze geben, die ich bei Gelegenheit gerne testen werde.Die erste Anwendung erfordert, wie beim Derma-Roller, zunächst etwas Überwindung, ist aber weniger schmerzhaft und gleichmäßiger. Zudem kann man die Stichtiefe sehr gut einstellen und muss sich darum während der Anwendung keine Gedanken machen. Man muss sich nur um die kreisenden Bewegungen kümmern, den Rest erledigt der Stick alleine. Am besten dazu eines der zahlreichen YouTube-Videos anschauen.Das Gerät ist zudem sehr solide und aus Metall gefertigt. Es hat auch ein sehr angenehmes, hochwertiges Gewicht und liegt gut in der Hand. Sehr gut finde ich auch, dass das USB-Ladegerät direkt mitgeliefert wird! Das ist ja heutzutage leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich.Sehr Klever ist auch das man die Echtheit der Gerätes erst nach dem Freirubbeln des QR Codes ansehen kann. Dadurch kann ich mir sicher sein ein unbenutztes und echtes Gerät zu erhalten.Der Preis ist im Vergleich zur Qualität und einem Kosmetiker*innen Besuch auf jeden Fall gerechtfertigt.Ergänzung, es gibt hier eine negative Bewertung in der davon gesprochen wird das falsche Kartuschen mitgelieferten werden. Ich habe auf jedenfall die richtigen bekommen!

Sono molto soddisfatta. Sto testando il prodotto da qualche settimana, lo uso sul viso ma soprattutto sul corpo sulle smagliature, sia quelle vecchie che quelle più recenti. Sto notando miglioramenti significativi perché la pelle è più tesa e liscia. Ovviamente per quanto riguarda le smagliature in particolare devo testarlo per almeno qualche mese, ma facendo un trattamento ogni due settimane (usato già due volte) i risultati sono notevoli. Abbinato al trattamento laser CO2 può essere molto promettente.Per quanto riguarda l'uso sul viso, essendo giovane lo uso solo su piccoli segni d'espressione e qualche macchia solare. I risultati sono davvero ottimi, soprattutto per quanto concerne l'apparenza dei pori che, avendo la pelle a tendenza grassa, sono visibili nel mio caso. Sul viso è utile usarlo abbinato a dei sieri.
