It has an AIR filter and a replacement air filter that comes in the box.But is does NOT come with the Elechomes Humidifier WATER filter - Decalcification Cartridge Filter for healthier, cleaner air. This goes into the bottom of the water contain where you can see the plus sign connector that it sits on.I am not happy to find this missing and it is out of stock on Amazon.UPDATE: seller gave me a refund to cover the purchase of the water filter and advised that it wiil be available in March 2021. That speaks volumes to their focus on Customer service. Thank you.This filters out calcium, limescale, magnesium which can prevent white dust and maintain internal cleanliness of the humidifier.I find the unit to be quiet at night, I like the night mode where no lights appear.I like that is has a removable water container that is large enough for a few days use depending on the natural indoor humidity level.The settings are easy to use. I just set the humidity level (appears in increments of 5%) and checked that the humidity detector is accurate. I also use the heat setting which can be set 0 to 3. 3 being the warmest.Glad I bought it, but living in with hard water, the filter appears to be needed. So I’m happy that they will be purchasable online in March.

Overall I’m satisfied with the product. It doesn’t make much noise. It’s really practical to refill. Love that I can set it automatically to keep the room at the humidity I like. And love the high capacity! It normally needs to be refilled once a week for me. Although I’m disappointed that the product doesn’t have a proper filtration system.If you’re planning to use it on automatic mode like me, be prepared to have a constant humming noise on the background as the engine will stay running all the time, even when it’s not actively emitting any mist.It emits an annoying beeping sound every time you touch a button. The only way to turn it off is by selecting the silent mode. It’s a bummer as I’d appreciate keeping the display on but still silent when I touch the buttons.Be prepared to get a white dust around your room If you’re going to fill it with hard water (btw it isn’t worthy getting the “filter” sold separately to soften the water).Gutted when I discovered the humidifier isn’t built to make water pass through the so called filter (sold separately). I bought this model specifically thinking that I wanted a humidifier with a filter so it can last long. Unlike a proper filter, the device stays just on the corner of the cistern. The water doesn’t pass through, so it only adsorbs particles that might get in contact with it.

Bought this [& the Therm Pro monitor] after much procrastination; something I'm good at! Have a Yamaha Grand which was beginning to suffer in the winter dryness. Now have three Therm Pro monitors: main bed, lounge and music room [where the piano is!]. The Elechomes is in the entrance hall as I didn't want it pumping out moisture near the piano - but it seems to have worked really well where it is. The humidity levels went from a low of 32 [!] to a steady lowest of 42 which I am OK with. There's a load of advice on ideal humidity for pianos which until I bought a replacement last year, I hadn't ever considered. V happy so far with the Elechomes as a humidifier and it has been on permanently in the hall since I bought it. It is really quiet [can't hear it!] and it has hardly used any water. I am using softened water straight out if the kitchen tap and that seems to be fine. It is a smaller unit than I had envisaged and very easy to set up and fill. I haven't tried the aroma unit on it as my main aim was to protect the piano. Hope this review helps as I spent a lot of time deciding on what make of humidifier to buy. If I decide we need one in the bedroom during the summer then I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another Elechomes.

1st of all good this at a great price with a discount.Purchased this for the wife for her health and boy is this machine so good.The 1st thing you notice when you enter a room is the smell of freshness.I have 2 dogs and we all know owners don’t alway smell the little odours in a room.The machine is so quite when running looks good easy to operateThey are so good I purchased another the following week have one in bedroom and other in living room now.The cool air that is produced by machine flowing from 2 vents on top can cool a room down especially in hot conditions like this week.I did a bit of research on these products and for price and how the machine operates you are getting real value and quality.I would recommend this product to help with getting clean cool air in a room

I loved this humidifier. It quickly added moisture into the air which was vital in my flat that was giving me static shocks due to the low humidity. Unfortunately, less than three months after purchase (using it most days), it suddenly leaked from the bottom of the device a few moments after filling - and six litres of water just about gets everywhere!Amazon weren't helpful in dealing with this issue, I have contacted the seller and hope to get a refund soon so I can purchase an alternative humidifier as I really don't relish the thought of getting 'zapped' again!Also, if buying, possibly put it somewhere so that if it does suddenly leak, there isn't going to be significant damage caused as a result.

Cumple adecuadamente lo que dicen sus características. Produce gran cantidad de humedad y sus 6,5 l. de capacidad de agua en el depósito aporta larga duración de funcionamiento.

It works OK, but the buttons both on the device and on the remote are not sensitive enough. Design is C+. I have also Levoit, which is definetely nicer. I bought this one for it was promised working good for 70 sq m which is not quite true. I won't send it back, but next time I would buy Levoit again

Leider funktioniert die Bedienung direkt über die Tasten am Gerät nicht gut, sondern nur über die Fernbedienung.

Reicht gut für unser 40m2 Wohnzimmer - Bedienung am Gerät allerdings schwierig, Tasten sprechen nicht immer an, mit FB OK

Auf Stufe 3 hört man Wassertropfen plätschern aber wenn das Gerät leicht schräg steht ist es nahezu geräuschlos. Ansonsten perfekt!!!
