Garage door replacement battery.
Replacement battery for automatic garage door. Worked perfectly. The previous battery lasted 4 years hope this one does the same.

All good so far.
Seems like a good replacement for the original from my somfy garage door sensor. AA size and 3.6 volts. It's cured the intermittent stopping, which was occurring on open and close so now it's just a case of how long it lasts. The original had been in for about 6 years but at this price I'll be happy if it lasts over a year.

Didn’t last long
Bought the battery for a Somfy edge detector on a garage door. The battery has only lasted one month and the door is now malfunctioning again. Update - The garage door company found the circuit board to be faulty , which prevented the detector switching off. By fitting a further magnet at the top of the door this has also reduced the time that the battery is in use and prolonging its life. Posting this to assist others who may have issues with their garage doors. The battery is fine.
