I have to use two capsules a day because the low dose but it does work my glutes have gotten bigger since working out on these!

This is my third purchase not for myself but for my son who plays Rugby and needs to bulk up before the season begins he lifts weights and takes these sometimes supplements with creatine gummies but these are the main ones he uses to load and take daily they're not the most expensive on the market but the brand is excellent and trustworthy they work very well for him thr results are obviously defined muscles in shoulders arms and legs he takes magnesium also for muscle cramps from working out , these are cost effective and easier to manage than messy powder just make sure to drink lots of water thank you!
