MoliCare® Premium Elastic 8D Brief Size Medium- Case of 78

When our special needs son outgrew Huggies, we searched a very long time to find a diaper that would work for him and fit him correctly. Without that, we couldn't give our family a sense of security when we went out of the house or be able to give him a more normal life without fear of diapers leaking. We found and used the Molicare Super Plus Briefs in 8 drop for years. Occasionally, we would get a batch that wasn't made as well and would leak, but for the most part, we didn't have to worry about embarrassing and inconvenient leaks. We loved them and they became a vital part of our world.Unfortunately, the manufacturer discontinued that model diaper in the past few months and brought this redesigned model to market. We've only had the 8 Drop in a medium once since the redesign because they aren't in stock anywhere and haven't been for months. The redesign is horribly inadequate. The new version of this diaper doesn't have the side panels that wrap around anymore from both front and back but only have thinner panels that come around from the back and go over the front part. That front part part is basically very narrow and reminds me of a thong and only has one tab on each side. Just looking at them tells you they wouldn't work and would move around, which they do.Since we couldn't find the 8D in medium, we were forced to try the 6D, and they are absolutely worthless. They leak with barely any liquid in them, and they are impossible to keep in place. At times, the diaper will be almost dry but there is still leaking from the sides. We are constantly changing our son's clothes, washing couch cushions and slip covers, and so on, and we go through diapers twice as fast because we are constantly changing him if there's even a little wetness to try to avoid the leaks. While the 8D seemed a little better for the one pack we had to try, the redesign did leak more often than the old design's 8D. It was less than the 6D but still in no way as good as the old design with the four tabs and front and back side panels that overlapped.Please, Molicare, bring the old model back to market with the four tabs and full wrap around side panels on front and back and get your mediums in the 8D protection available. We are desperate! Being a special needs parent is hard enough and you've made it so much harder.

I have been using this product for my daughter for MANY years! A few months ago, I tried to order them and couldn't find any. I bought a different style; it worked but was plastic-covered, so I was delighted to find this back in stock. I put the first one on my 24-year-old daughter last night. These are garbage! The new fastening design is asinine! It leaks horribly!DO NOT PURCHASE THESE! I really wish that I had read the reviews.

Not even close to a size medium!! Not a good product!!!!!! Leaks and doesn’t fit the sizes it claims to fit, DO NOT BUY!!
