First let me explain that I am like a magnet to mosquitos! If anyone is going to be bitten, it's me! I have tried many different products hoping to find one that will keep me from being bitten and will also not STINK! I have worn mosquito bracelets to public places and have heard "what is that smell"? Some of them smell horrible. Then there are others that don't smell bad but smell so strong, they attract attention. If I am going to have a scent, I want to smell like my colognes rather than something that keeps mosquitos away. Most of these smell like citronella or something mixed with an unpleasant citrus scent but I really can't figure out what that is! In any case, you wouldn't want to wear it! I have to say, I didn't hate the smell of this one, however neither did the mosquitos. I didn't repel them. When I wore the bracelet with these refills, it was almost like I was attracting them. I live in Florida and we have a pretty long rainy season and when it's not actually raining it's horribly humid and the mosquitos fill the air. Most people don't notice it except the ones that the mosquitos love. In addition to being a magnet, I swell up wherever I am bitten. So when I put these refills in 2 mosquito bracelets that I have and expect to be safe and bite free I am very disappointed, itchy and uncomfortable when just going to and from the car I wind up with bites all over my body. This product for me is a big FAIL and the search for mosquito repellent refills that actually REPEL mosquitos continues.

I was looking for something natural to keep the mosquitos away from my toddler and myself (since I'm expecting and trying to minimize the exposure to chemicals). I had the bracelet already so I got the refills. I really hoped they would work and I think they did for one day but the next day both my son and I came home from a walk covered in mosquito bites! I think the first time I bought it they were more efficient so maybe it's just a bad package. Either way I guess I will have to look for something else!

Very disappointed in this. I had mosquitoes biting on me the whole time. I even had a mosquito land on my arm, literally 1 inch away from this stuff, and it didn't even faze them. I even tried to take a picture since I couldn't believe it was that ineffective.I returned it for a refund.

The replacement smells like the original ones that came with the bracelet, and at a great price. I actually use it for my dog -- she gets mosquito bites and Frontline doesn't repel them, so I wrap the bracelet around her collar. She seems to be scratching less so maybe it is working. One star off because I bought this only 3 weeks ago and now I see the price dropped $2!

Like that these keep bugs away and I don't have to use bugs spray on my skin. Would buy more!

My daughter uses it and is quite satisfied with it, keeps the bugs off her.

I have been raving about these all summer. These have really made a difference in the amount of mosquito bites my daughter has gotten!!We will be ordering them as long as they are available to order!
