Would this fit a 2021 Royal Enfield Meteor 350?

I would say yes. These are simple pivoted / barrel cable compatible levers. They should work fine with the Meteor 350.

Not on 2023 but it does fit 2022

I've purchased similar levers for other bikes and although they worked, they weren't the highest quality. These however are REALLY nice. Like twice the price nice. They fit exactly on my 2020 INT650. Have nylon locking nuts (an issue I had with other brands), come greased and ready to install. Only time will tell, but took me about 10 minutes to install and feel great so far! Can't beat it for the price.
