I bought these signals because the front signals are also white running lights, then alternate to yellow to signal. The brake lights flash 3 times every time you hit the brakes. It's a safety thing, that's why I bought them. These are very bright, high quality signal lights. After installing these I had to buy their LED headlight because the signals were so much brighter than the factory headlight.

2011 H-D Street Glide with the 103 - I purchased an Eagle Lights load equalizer with these lights, which was specifically for years '09-'13; it did not get rid of hyper flash. I contacted Eagle Lights directly; they sent me another equalizer, which was not compatible with the connectors on my bike. So, they sent me their high load equalizer, which I was able to install, but it also did nothing for the hyper flash. One of the taillights had a bad connection, so they sent me a replacement. Customer service was definitely willing to do their best to help me out with parts that would work, but it took dozens of emails back and forth and a few weeks of shipping time to get things sorted out. In the end, I ended up with lights that I love, but I had to purchase a Custom Dynamics Smart Signal Stabilizer (high load setting) to make them work properly. I wanted the placement of the lights to be perfectly centered in the housings, which took numerous attempts. I had to put rolled up pieces of electrical tape behind the lights to get them to stay where I wanted, because they would slide out of place every time I went to put the lenses in place. My favorite things about these lights is that the brake lights strobe without having to purchase a strobe module, and they're very bright.

My front lights lasted till 2 weeks after 1 yr. Garaged bike no rain. Oh well I guess quality is a thing of the past
