I was pleasantly surprised when I received this item as it was particularly stylish considering it was only a tissue box. I was expecting a simple black box, but the manufacturer has gone through the trouble of curving the edges of the front and back, and polishing the edges on the sides to a high gloss which contrasts nicely with the matte finish of the box itself. Who goes through the trouble of making a black tissue box this stylish at this price point?! They did!The box has a base which slides in easily, and fits so well that it leaves absolutely no gaps; they even added a little magnet on one end to ensure it stays closed! All this in a simple, black tissue box at this price! Impressive!!There’s absolutely nothing to criticise about this product. I highly recommend.

Fantastic product, very sturdy and looks the business. The cardboard tissue box fits in easily enough and it is very easy to pull individual tissues out.Not the cheapest product but does exactly what we wanted it to do.

I wanted to source a suitable tissue box cover to use in our breakfast room (which is used by me quite often as a semi sitting room) when we are not having a meal. It needs to sit on our contemporary, round oak dining table with a large plant, a retro cast iron candlestick and a very small glass posy pot with whatever is in season. This plain black box fits in well in this setting. When it arrived, It wasn't quite as sleek a design as I had hoped for, but was the best available on amazon yesterday. I was actually looking for a slim height traditional shaped tissue box cover, but the sizes quoted were either for the larger, higher capacity boxes or for what used to be called 'man sized tissue' boxes which were the right height but longer and wider. After an hour I gave in and ordered this shape. This cover has a bottom, secured by a small magnet which I thought was a good idea and helps when picking the box up. I thought the price was quite high for what it is and my husband did comment that it looked as though the edges might snap at some point. I will treat it carefully!

Bought this for use in a Preschool because we were wasting so many paper towels each day with other holders. Since swapping to this and using the Amazon own brand paper towels with it, it is much more economical. Children as young as two are able to take out their own paper towel as it works just like a tissue box.Buying another to use outdoors.

Bought it for my camper van as the cardboard boxes kept getting squashed! It’s very sturdy and does exactly what I wanted and is a good size for a standard box of Sainsburys tissues

I like that it is sturdy and has a base with a small magnet. Other tissue box covers just slip over. I put a cube box of tissues in it.
