Nestl White Duvet Cover King Size - Soft Double Brushed King Duvet Cover Set, 3 Piece, with Button Closure, 1 Duvet Cover 104x90 inches and 2 Pillow Shams

FUNCTION & FEEL: The duvet has multiple tie points all around the inside, which is very convenient to keep your comforter in place. Unfortunately my comforter only has attachment points on the 4 corners, but it actually still held in place well. The fabric is so soft and comfy, like sleeping in a hotel! SIZE: I’m not sure if the King duvet is unusually short or if my comforter is unusually long, but my comforter is too long for it. It’s all bunched up at the bottom. It’s not super obvious, and since it’s bunched at the foot end you wouldn’t feel it when sleeping, but it bothers me that it’s not perfect lol. It’s my own fault for not comparing the size. The king duvet is 104x90” and my king comforter is 110x96”. Strange though that it fits the sides just fine, so I will replace the duvet with the CA-king since the width is the same but CA is longer at 98” and I’ll see if that fits better. COLOR: I ordered both the Olive Green and Forest Green for comparison. My comparison photo is taken with North facing daylight and the bedroom light is on. In the photo they both look slightly richer in color than they do in real life (IRL). Like the forest green looks much darker IRL; my husband says it almost looks black. I think it still looks green lol (dark green w/just a hint of teal) but I agree that it’s very dark. In the photo of the bed made (bedroom light off, just some N. facing window light & a plant light in same corner of window) it’s a bit more true to color for the Olive, but it still looks slightly different IRL. They are both beautiful colors, but I went with the Olive. And I will be getting more pillow covers so that it all matches lol. Side note on pillows - One thing that does annoy me is any time I buy king sheet sets (including this duvet) they always come with king sized pillow shams. Just because I have a king size bed does not mean I have king pillows - I have standard size pillows. So now I have a million king size pillow cases that are too big. I guess I’ll be buying two King size pillows today because it would be nice to use the green cases this duvet came with. CONCLUSION: Overall I highly recommend and am very happy with this purchase. Just make sure to check the measurements of your comforter first! I can’t speak to quality over time since it’s brand new, but the price is great so if it lasts a year (or hopefully at least a few) I would definitely buy again.

I am absolutely in love with this duvet cover! The softness is incredible — it feels like sleeping in a hotel every night. I wanted to wait a couple of weeks before writing this review to really get a feel for this product. I've never heard of a duvet cover before but the concept got my attention as well as the price. I searched for weeks for a new comforter set, reading reviews to see if the comforter would fall apart after the washing it. Looking at the price tags on some of the sets made me sweat. Ugh! So I jumped in head first and bought this set and figured for the price I didn't have much to lose. This set comes with a blanket duvet and two pillow shams (regular shams, not Euro shams), instructions on how to make your bed, and most important, a washing care sheet. First touch I was amazed at how soft and silky they are. Now I don't like the satin feeling material and that is not how this feels at all. My husband and I were able to fit our old blanket right inside of the duvet without any struggle or confusion. Took less than a minute. Buttons up quickly and smoothly, the buttons are clear so they blend easily. I bought a queen size which is true to fit. The color is exactly as shown on product description, matched my bedroom color scheme perfectly, I love the plain blanket because I use designes elsewhere. At this price I can all kinds of colors and switch as often as I want. I have two girls at home who love to snuggle in my bed. My eight year old immediatly asked if she could get one to change the color of her blanket. So as for sleeping on them: the first night I slept like a I was in a coma. I woke up and didn't wanna get out of my bed. So soft and cool to the touch. By far the best sheets I've ever owned and I won't go back to the regular ones EVER. Funny thing is I've paid way more for bedding in a fancy store and it feels itchy and crispy. I've fallin in love with this blanket duvet! As far as washing, I've been reading online that at no cost should you wash this material in hot or warm water ONLY WASH IN COLD AND USE LOW SETTING IN DRYER OR HANG TO DRY! Reason being is heat can actually melt the fibers and ruin this heavenly duvet and I would cry for sure. I get excited everynight after a 12 hour shift of being on my feet ( pediatric nurse ) and I get to climb into bed and feel the soft blanket ugh nothing short of amazing. I will be buying plenty more sets of each color for both of my girls and myself! You won't be disappointed! Oh I wanted to add that I figured my old comforter would bunch up inside the duvet but it doesn't at all and I don't have issues with being able to see the old comforter either

Love the texture and soft feeling of this duvet. And that it fits my duvet perfectly. It doesn't smash the fluff out of my comforter either. It's so light and fluffy. I took away one star due to the buttons. I've purchased zippered ones since and prefer those more.

As a ‘back-up’ duvet cover, this is just ‘okay’, as I purchased this set as an alternative, because I don’t always have the time to do a laundry on the same day that I change the linens. Therefore, this is my second duvet and pillow sham set, and this set is the color that I needed, and not offered by every vendor. The color is correct, the material is very soft, and even the fit is perfect. The pillow shams are very good, they have the envelope closure in the middle, and they fit my overstuffed queen size pillows. However, the duvet cover has some design and construction flaws, as it lacks some simple detail work usually included in other duvet cover sets. My first issue is the absence of ties, or connecting attachments for the inserted duvet. The duvet inside the cover doesn’t slide down too much, but it would be better if it didn’t slide down at all. My first set from another vendor has the ties in all the corners, and my duvet does not slip down towards the bottom in my other one at all. The second major issue is the bottom of Nestl duvet cover lacks any form or definition and it fastens together at the bottom with only five thin plastic buttons, across an approximate 88”- 90” length at the end. This leaves a 14” -15” material gap in between each button. Although the bottom of the cover is supposed to fold and stay inward, there is too much space between the attaching buttons. If there were, a few more buttons or even a little Velcro between the buttons this would be an improvement, something I might add myself. The extra loose material between the buttons flops over and down, which gives the duvet cover a sloppy and messy appearance. My purchase price for the Nestl duvet cover set was $35.00 at the time and my first duvet cover and sham set from another vendor is much better and cost me less than this set. In addition, my first original one is superior in the details of the construction. It has the four ties for each corner to hold the duvet in place and along the bottom is hidden zipper that gives a neat and tidy appearance. In conclusion, the Nestl duvet cover set does the job, and it does keep my inserted silk duvet clean. However, it’s deficient in a few necessary and inexpensive additional details. The Nestl duvet cover set lacks any corner ties or attachments to hold the duvet in place and the bottom of the cover looks sloppy on my bed. These little additions would make a difference in the quality. Therefore, the Nestl duvet cover set is mediocre, due to the lack of a few simple additional details in its design.
