Pre-drilled holes at top only are 5/16" diameter and spaced 6-31/32" apart. There are no pre-drilled holes at the bottom of the license plate frame. License plate frame is constructed of sturdy black plastic, with a product standard thickness of approximately 1/16". White imprint is screenprinted and heatsealed onto the license plate frame. License plate frame will enclose a license plate measuring 12-1/8" wide x 6-1/8" high or less. Because of the vast number of makes and models of both domestic and foreign cars and the different sizes of state license tags, it is impossible to adapt a single frame to accommodate all vehicles. It Fits!
As an avid fan of the movie, this plate frame lets me know I have a little fun on the road. Not much to say besides the fact that there is only one set of screw mounts to use, however, that has not posed a problem for me whatsoever. Love it

Fun car license frame!
Good for a laugh for those aviation or even gun advocates. Very durable (this replaces one that I had for over 8 years that I replaced because of a new car).
