Retrabag Retractable Reusable Grocery Shopping Eco-friendly Tote Bag with Carabiner

This is a good bag with a couple of things I would like to change. The quality and convinencr of the bag and retracting disc are awesome. Fitting the disc into the little pocket on the side of the unfolded bag can take some practice. It is best to do this when you are not in line at the checkout until you have mastered this procedure. The handle is very long and appears to be designed to use as a shoulder strap. I'm not a big fan of this, because I'm not a "murse" kind of guy. It looks like I can probably modify this handle with a couple of safety pins and make it easier to carry by hand. When I put groceries away it is easy to roll this bag back into the disc and put it in my car for the next use. Overall this is s good product and it should definitely help cut down on the plastic shopping bags that clutter my house.

This is MUCH larger than I had first thought. My expectation was that it would be roughly an oversized silver dollar size. LOL! Nope! It's approximately (grabbing some product that most will know or can go check at a local store) If I lied it on top of my coffee grinder (Kitchen Aid brand) it would be slightly larger than that. When I pull the bag out OMG it's like a HUGE cross body bag. very thin light weight material but would hold a ton of stuff. haven't had the chance to use it yet though.

Ok, so the moment this arrived, I cut off the silly round retractor. I live in a city, and I wanted a really useful bag for toting around lots of stuff. I really am rough with it, though, piling it with heavy stuff, sometimes with sharp corners, and walking for long distances. I’ve bought two of these and the seams split after just a couple of months.

The case was bigger than we thought it would be, but overall this bag is very handy. We had a problem losing other compact bags, but the weight and hard sided case make this one a little more difficult to lose.

Originally, it was exactly what I wanted. A fabric bag that could easily store without having to carefully fold. However it doesn't last. I've had it less than 3 months, with I'd say normal use averaging less than once a week. The retracting mechanism has broken and there are a few spots in the fabric that look thin. I'm not going to repurchase.

Please do not buy. This is could be time consuming twisting the bag in the retractable hard plastic circle. I felt like it took me way longer to twist this than the other foldable bags I've came across. I like that it crosses the body so if you don't mind twisting the bag back into the circle for that purpose of the cross-body feature then go for it. If not, just get the kind were you can fold it into a ball less than 15 seconds. Plus, the plastic circle to put the bag in is huge! Not convenient for someone who likes small things or carry some purses.

Bought two and they're great but I'm giving them 3 stars because one of them broke (the clip inside the plastic casing)

I find it to bulky.
