This is a great, cheap SSD. I got it simply for Linux testing,g and it worked perfectly! It took seconds to install anboots inng seconot. It fits nicely in the 2.”” The SATA slot in my pc case is pretty durable, considering I may or may not have accidentally dropped it while installing it. Now, this SSD obviously isn’t anything to write home about, especially at its price point, but for simple stuff, it works great!

I needed an external SSD to use for running Linux using a Windows laptop without needing to risk problem with overwriting some critical file or snarling my Windows OS. I installed the drive in an external drive housing (cheap but attractive) that allows drive access and power supply through a USB 3.0 port. It functions quite well, although there is some lag from working through the 3 MB/S interface. It turned out to be a great scheme. It's basically a plug and go solution. Wish I'd done this earlier.

Remember way back when, 6 months ago, when you could buy these SATA3 solid state drives for super cheap? I upgraded some old dells, some laptops, even added them to raspberry pis.... But with the advent of the AI boom and shenanigans of memory manufacturers, say goodbye to inexpensive SSDs like these. I should have bought some extras. So far they're working in perfectly. Faster than an old hard drive or SD card for sure.

nice ssd, don't forget to parition it before mounting. this was used on an old pentium duo core laptop and made a big difference.

This ADATA SU650 1TB SSD works really well for the price. Installation was easy, and it noticeably improved my PC’s speed and boot times. It’s perfect for regular tasks, file storage, and light gaming. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because write speeds are a bit lower compared to more premium SSDs, but for the cost, it’s a solid upgrade. Definitely recommended for budget builds or replacing old hard drives.

I use this hard drive while modifying my playstation 2 to run a modded os.

I've had 5 of these in occasional use for the last 4 months, and have a 40% failure rate so far. I expect more to fail as they get used more. The PCs they run in are very low load, in cooled environments. Can't be any gentler. I will never buy this brand again, as they obviously do not test their own products, or have serious quality control problems.

Bon disque SSD interne en complément d'un disque SSD M.2 de 256Go. Fonctionne très bien, les débits annoncés sont corrects.
