My daughter is a chef (at a very very good restaurant). She said that this whipped cram siphon works as well as any she has used at the restaurants she has worked for, but that it is very much smaller, more appropriate to home use. It is, in fact, at least half the size of the last one we had. It only holds 1/4 liter, so that is why I rated it 4 stars. Tye performance is excellent, and my daughter said that it's being metal helps with the temperature of the contents (so she can pre-chill whipped cream, or heat soup). She made us a nice chocolate mouse to test it :) The nozzles did not work particularly well because it is more dense than cream (which did work with the decorative nozzles).I do not know that it is a lot better or different from our last whipped cream siphon, except that it is very much smaller. That alone makes it completely impractical for professional restaurant use. Really, the removed star is more for the claim of "professional chef quality" than how it works. Having a 5 star chef living with us at the moment, she chafed at that claim just because the size is out of line with what she would use at the restaurant (literally 1/4 the size). Even for home use the size limits what she can do with it practically, or at the very least makes it more work to use it in some of the ways she does at the restaurant.

Was hoping my micro brew co2 for ice coffee would work with this whipped cream dispenser but they are different. It’s made very well and the pieces and parts fit well together and it came with everything needed to immediately whip up a batch except for the cartridge so a video will be dropped in later. Comes with adequate instruction that are easy to read and understand and the pictures helped as well. The dispenser is made from aluminum so it’s going to last and the plastic parts have good rigidity with just a touch of flexibility so they to are going to last just as long also. It’s Thanksgiving time and Christmas is right around the corner so this little whip cream dispenser is going to get a lot of use in the next two months. I’m satisfied with my hands on inspection of it’s quality and longevity will come with use and time and since it’s going to get used many times in a short period with the holidays here I’ll update if needed in the new year. This is a good basic whipped cream dispenser allowing to you avoid the cans from the store and make your own in different flavors with different ingredients. Best is that you know exactly what goes into it, so you can adjust it to your dietary requirements. You will need to buy NO2 cartridges to use this, so it's not "ready to go" out of the box (a starter cartridge would have been nice), nor are there any recipes to help you figure out the best way to use it. Once you do buy cartridges and figure it out, it's a good tool in the kitchen.

This gorgeous Kitchen Professional Whipped Cream Dispenser has a nice finish and design. It does not come with the cartridges, and I haven’t had a chance to purchase any to try. If it works as well as it looks good, it will be a very nice kitchen gadget to have. It doesn’t take up a lot of space, and is extremely easy on the eyes.

I've always wanted to try one of these whippers, and this Professional Whipped Cream Dispenser 250ml Aluminum Cream Whipper is quite convenient. I love a good whipped cream on my desserts and coffee, but rarely have it because of the hassle of whipping it myself and dirtying multiple implements/dishes in order to just have a small scoop of whipped cream on my foods. This canister stores easily upright in my fridge where my milk goes, and the smaller 250ml volume (1/2 pint) is perfect for one N20 charger cartridge. The smaller amount of cream also means I don't waste any, since I don't usually eat too much at a time anyways. Pictured is my coffee flavored whipped cream with espresso powder, powdered sugar and 35% heavy whipping cream in the container. I'm very happy with this product.
