Ordered it for my husband. Don't know if it has boosted his memory yet, but there is a combination of great ingrediants such as ginko, ginseng, gotu kola and licorice. He has taken these supplements separately. Easier to take in one pill. So far so good, no reaction, and easy to swallow. They actually do stimulate a person, so don't take before bedtime. I was asked to review this product for a reduced price.
