Done The purpose
Overall good product, but I recommend you to pls check what size 9.5mm or 12mm suits for your laptop. Otherwise you'll regret Buy according to your laptop caddy size and mange a screwdriver set because the one in it is too cheap quality.

Some desing flaw...
The DRIVE CADDY for SATA SSD has design problem. I had to open all the screws to fit in my Crucial BX500 256GB SSD. It would not fit otherwise and not matter how reasonably hard I pushed it would not click into the socket. For the price I think it is not a good buy. The reason I gave 3 stars is just because of the hassle I had to go through. Otherwise it works alright when plugged in to the MB.

Good for SSD in laptop
Using it since April-2022 working perfectly used for HDD installation as I have replaced the HDD slot to SSD So far it is good for almost 2 years

Most important for SSD+HDD combo Laptop becomes faster and very easy to install. Little bit googling and you will learn to replace cd drive with Cadyy.
