This Bluetooth transmitter worked 2-3 times with an ipod mini - after that, it refuses to take a charge, and TenPlay support is pathetic - email only, 48 hours or more between responses, and not even remotely helpful.Apple - PLEASE BUILD BLUETOOTH IN!!! we shouldn't have to tack-on crap like this to simply use existing good technology.

Ten Technology naviPlay, Bluetooth Stereo Kit for iPod I initially struggled when using this product, because the instructions on pairing are not sufficient. You need to hold the power button much longer that the instructions suggest, until the light flashes really rapidly & alternating between amber & green! Once paired, I found that it pairs itself with both my Motorola S9 & Samsung SBH500 bluetooth headset after a short delay, initially flashing between amber & green, but changing to flash green only once it connects. The included remote is handy if the controls on your headset are a little dificult to use - it also needs to be paired with the adapter before use. I found that I could use the remote control buttons on the headset, such as skip foward or back, that the Jabra A120s adapter did not allow. I have found this apapter to be very useful when you purchase headsets like the above mentioned, that do not include their own bluetooth adapter.

When I saw the price tag on this my mouth flew open I paid less than 20.00 for this item about 2 months ago without the remote. It's not a bad device, kinda big for a bluetooth adapter but please shop around first. We're still in a recession .

I was anticipating the use of wireless headphones with my ipod and looked forward to the new technology, howver, after several frustrating hours I determined that the naviPlay system was flawed in that there was something not connected internally as a rattle was heard from the interioir. The item was returned.I did enjoy the experience of purchasing from Amazon.com from beginning to end and will use their service again.
