Excellent quality
I am very impressed with Jaques of London wooden toys. Very sturdy instrument sound quality good too. It came wonderfully packaged could be given as a gift as it comes without extra wrapping.

Very good toy
I bought this toy for my little one and she likes it very much, especially the xylophone part. The toy looks and feels sturdy... the only down side is that the sound coming from the xylophone is not exactly perfect (a couple tiles produce the same exact note), but overall a decent wooden toy if you don't have expectations of absolute perfection.

Lovely toy.
My one year old lives this. However, it is slightly annoying that two of the notes sound exactly the same so when playing the tunes enclosed they don't sound quite right. Not that my 1 year old is bothered by this but it is slightly annoying as the adult. The product is well made and makes a lovely gift.

Jaques of London are first class seconed to none
first of all the delivery and presentation were first class i have bought five toys for my great grandson and every time i bought one the same .the craftsmanship is second to none i really can not speak highly enough of this wonderful family firm thank you .

Good sturdy toys
This gift hasn't been opened yet as it comes beautifully wrapped and is a Christmas gift. But having bought previously from this firm i am in no doubt that the toy will be good quality.

Beautiful but not great quality
Beautifully crafted but I'd argue the design of the hammer should rather be rounded for safety, and also because it makes big chips in the ball pounding section. Also the balls get stuck and don't roll down the xylophone, almost as if its misaligned. I would have returned it if my little one wasn't already too attached to it. He LOVES it and I suppose that's all that counts.

Das Teil sieht super aus und ist schön verarbeitet! Wenn man keinen großen Wert auf den musikalischen Aspekt legt: das Glockenspiel könnte aufjedenfall ein bisschen besser klingen… Ein nettes Spielzeug, für die musikalische Früherziehung aber aufjedenfall nicht zu gebrauchen!
