Very flexible and lighted end is a nice feature. But I've had bad luck over time with copper-clad-aluminum (CCA) which is becoming more common due to reduce cost and weight, at the expense of long-term durability, in that over time the copper will rub off the core aluminum, sometimes causing increased resistance, since aluminum has lower amperage carrying capacity to the same diameter of copper. NOW...I tried to find out from the company if it is CCA or pure copper, and got on reply. This part number is DCOC-0075-DC. They have an almost exact 100' 16/3 cord for a few dollars more (CP10075), which they specifically say is pure copper wire. Also the maybe-CCA extension cord weight about 1/2 lb less than the pure copper ext. cord, and I know copper weight significantly more than aluminum, possibly reinforcing my thought of CCA vs copper wiring in the cord. So that's all I'm stating from what I know/don't know. I'd spend the $4 more and know I'm getting pure copper wire, not CCA.

This cord is the perfect size to use for my treadmill. The cord was to short on the treadmill that was placed at the end of my sofa to watch TV. Happy with this made well product.
