I would say that getting an original lever from this manufacturer is almost impossible but you may be able to locate one from a number of electronic suppliers like CPC in Preston or rs-online it is a pretty standard switch

Q: One of the joy stick has broken whair can i get a replacement one

Same thing happened with mine sent it back to be fixed and never got it back was the left joystick that came off they then sent me a refund think it may be a fault with them or else they fixed mine and sent it to you

Yes chargers are available for this toy on Amazon you need to look at the voltage requirements and amps and purchase one check the socket for plus and minus way round
