Not everyday recipe's
The meals are not typical meals as I was hoping. One of the recipes I used said it yielded 7 quarts. It in fact made 5 quarts, so I didn’t have a full canner. I will try some of the chicken recipes when we butcher chickens this summer.

Tastes awful and doesn’t dissolve.
I am drinking one teaspoon in hot water with 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon stevia. I will continue this regiment if my sugar goes below 100 but will be singing “ just a spoonful ( cupful in this case) of sugar helps the medicine go down.”
