Parts missing from the manufacturer
The seller provided my item on time and as promised. However, the manufacturer neglected to put the smaller drywall screws into the box. There’s no indication of what size screws are supposed to be there from the box or instructions. Luckily, another buyer posted a video that showed the size of screws I was missing so I can pick them up from the store to do my project today.Included were 46 drywall anchors, 46 wood/concrete anchors, and 46 large screws for wood/concrete.

product is easy to to install and extremely sturdy. i would order it again without hesitation. installation hardware is great quality. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Sturdy, accurate description.
The hooks are sturdy, the screws and anchors are good quality. Only gave it a four because I haven't used them all, or tested them for much time yet.
