I purchased L'Oro del Sud Organic Elbows Pasta as they are organic hoping all is truth and honest. It is very affordable and we eat them a lot in macaroni and cheese. However I've requested to cancel my order and they ignored my request. Also I tried to contact the company to get an answer of a concern I have but no answer. I emailed the company through their website L'Oro del Sud and I have not received a reply. I also spoke to them on the phone and asked: L'Oro del Sud Organic Elbows Pasta ASIN ‏ : ‎ B08JRF83DQ is the wheat entirely grown in Italy (not imported from Canada or any other country)? Is it certified free of traces of glyphosate? They have not called me back with an answer either. Glyphosate is a big issue. Even organic brands use glyphosate on their wheat pre-harvest. Also some so-called authentic italian brands import wheat from other countries like Canada, and their wheat is contaminated with glyphosate. They just process the grains and make the pasta in Italy. Other brands like Bionaturae, Montova, Delallo all responded to my emails and their organic products are certified free of traces of glyphosate. Just be aware. If I ever get a response from L'Oro del Sud I will update this review.

I love pasta and I use these noodles for all types of pasta dishes.
