I got these to use with a few LED strips I was going to setup as Christmas lights. I wanted to affix them to my gutter, but I didn't want to drill holes or hang cables. I didn't know if these strips would work with the harsh cold winters of the east coast, but for the low price I took a chance.The tabs seem to fit my LED lights, although a little snug. I was a bit concerned if I was squeezing the lights too much or bending the circuit board, but things seem to be working well.I was able to affix these to my gutter with no problem. I just cleaned the surface, let the surface dry, and then held down the clip in place firmly for 20-30 seconds to ensure it would stick. I placed a clip every 8 LEDs or so to provide enough support. To my surprise they've been up a few weeks and they seem to work great. Granted the lip of my gutters may be providing a little protection, but they've been hanging in rain and below freezing temperatures without an issue!I was very, very impressed with these and I'd like to let you know that they worked outdoors for my Christmas light setup. I don't know how long they'll last, but if they ever fall off I'll update this review.

I used these to hang strip leds around the ceiling of a bedroom. I originally spaced them about every 20 inches to a latex painted surface that had been cleaned with alcohol. After about a week later and some days of 80-plus degree weather, about half of them stopped adhering to the wall. I rehung them at about 14 inches and they've been up for the last 6 months also with bouts of 80-plus degree weather without any trouble. They fit the width of the strip fairly cleanly and don't look obvious. They are opaque and the led light doesn't shine through well; they should not be located over a led chip on the strip.

I'm using these for my Govee Immersion strips so I won't have to adhere the lights directly to my tv. Because my tv is smaller than what the lights are made for (55-65in TVs and mine is 46), I needed a way to help loop the excess on each side. These do help but they are not wide enough for the width or thickness of the govee strip due to the silicone covering the LEDs. Also, the adhesive isn't the best but that might also be due to the strip being too large for the clips. I'm using them for now until I can find a better alternative. If you have basic LED strip lights then these should work, but for any that have a covering over the LEDs, these will be too small

I was not sure these would work on my LIFX Z light strip. However I also knew the adhesive on the light strip was not a great solution either.These do snugly hold the light strip just barely though. After a month so far so good. None of the clips have losened from the surface they are stuck too. They should be a little bigger for a better grip as most of the lights are extruded from a machine that produces the same size light strip...,regardless of the brand.

Bought 2 packs of these and they work alright but keep falling off every couple of days. I put strip lights all along the top of my room and these fall off in different places all the time, annoying. Try another brand maybe?

I bought these strips thinking they would work with my IP67 LED strips. While they do work, they are not ideal as they crimp the silicone a bit more than Id like. Its kinda tight. Also, make sure to watch to see if they may tear the silicone on the IP67s. Since its cold outside, I had to warm up the adhesive back with a heat gun from about a foot away. Then they protective backing was easy to remove and stuck great. Without heating the adhesive up, there was no sticking at about 40 degrees outside. Well see how well they hold up. I was just looking to make sure they would last a season.

Perfect for Phillips Hue.I use for my 2nd gen phillips hue strip, works perfectly. so much better then the adhesive.

These do not even stay stuck to a flat clean glossy surface. Sorry, but do not waste your money on these.
