Beautiful, delicate look and feel, but able to be placed in the microwave! I have always thought China was pretty but didn't want something I only used twice a year taking up space. Because this can go in the microwave I can use it as every day dish ware and also not have to worry about the cheap glaze on typical every day dishes now a days, it chips so quickly, I love this set, I got one for my wedding shower and promptly ordered 2 more, they are on the way but the first box came in perfect condition.
