I'm not giving this item five stars yet because I haven't been taking it very long at all. Around a week Max. Yet I have lost actual weight not just water because I can tell by my body! I'm absolutely amazed. Before I was taking the 60% for a month and never lost a thing. My mom on the other hand did. So don't get discouraged! This pill effects everyone differently just like any other pill. I think we fail to realize that while looking for the magical skinny pill though.In the week I have been taking this I have not been dieting or exercising. I have carried on with my regular life and have lost nearly 3 pounds. I always lose weight in my chest (boobs) and collarbone first, unfortunately. However that does tell me it's working. I can't tell much of a difference anywhere else yet. If it keeps on going that way I think I may try exercising at least three times a week. It's very hard for me to diet because I do home health and my hours vary on what they could be an I really don't have a set time off. So I honestly don't have a set time for my meals. Which can make it difficult and I'm sure is also a problem for myself of why I have put on weight. So I'm hoping this pill will continue to work unlike some others!Now I have been taking the pills at least thirty minutes before a meal! I'm a heavy pop drinker so it has been difficult for me to transition over to water. I try to have a bottle of water before I take it and continue to sip on another after I take it! I only take one pill for breakfast and lunch. Come dinner time I have been taking two. Mainly because it's later in the evening by the time my fiance and I both get home, cook a meal, and sit down for dinner. I know that's another reason why I have put on weight. Yet their is not much I can do for that problem either. That's why I take the two pills for the "maximum weight loss" with dinner. I will keep everyone updated on how it continues to work within the weeks! Hoping for the best.UPDATE: I'm absolutely in love with this product. Not only has it helped me with weight loss it also is a good boost of energy along with. This in not something that leaves you dragging and feeling like crap afterwards either. I've heard about these pills for years and yes I was very skeptical of trying them. After many diets (Military, Atkins and Detoxing) and being unsuccessful with weight loss I decided I would give them a try to help suppress my appetite. Oh, am I glad I did. I've only been taking Garcinia Cambogia for 5 days now and I can already tell a difference. Although the numbers on the scale are not moving my appearance is different when I look in the mirror and my clothes are starting to loosen up. I only eat half of my meals now when before I ate everything on my plate and went back for seconds. The first area I am starting to see go is my stomach and oh, am I thankful for that. I bought this on Amazon after using 2 different brand with only 60% HCA and after 8 months of no results I ran across this Garcinia Cambogia. I started taking it the day it arrived and after just 2 days noticed a difference that I hadn't with any of the other kinds. I felt fuller, I noticed my midsection wasn't as big as it normally is and my clothes fit better. I weighted myself after 2 weeks of steady taking it as recommended and I'd lost 10 lbs. And not water weight. Its stayed off and I haven't gained any back, also I havent changed any of my normal routines, and I can't always eat right because i have 2 very young extremely active boys, and a foot injury but I know as soon as I can start exercising, I will loss more, faster. I'm still only on my first bottle but will be ordering more and I recommend anyone thats not seeing results with the other brands to try this one. It got my weight down past the point I never could break past.

I've only been using this for 3 days now. However here is my 3 day review. I felt more energy from day one, not like I just drank an energy drink kind of energy but I wasn't my normal sluggish self who yawns for the first two hours of work. My appetite has also decreased. Again it's not like I'm not hungry, but when I do sit down to eat I'm only half as much. And I have noticed that I'm snacking less. I also haven't been keeping food in my system as long either but not in a bad way. I don't feel as heavy as I have been feeling. And while this may be too early to tell if it's all related to taking this, but I did weigh myself to find that I have lost 3 lbs.
