Missing items in the box
When I opened my Unlock! box, I discovered that there is a missing set of cards and also the 10-card tutorial game to understand the rules… So not great. I would like to be sent the missing part if possible?

Hit and miss - and problems with the app
My boyfriend and I love tabletop escape games and we bought Mythic Adventures - our second try with Unlock! Unfortunately, we had a very uneven - and often infuriating - experience. The first game - The Clutches of Hades - was difficult to the point of making no sense. The second - Dr No side’s Animal-o-matic - was the highlight. A really fun escape game only slightly spoiled by the in-app elements of the game not always registering properly. Still, with a few wrongs turns, we escaped a very fun scenario. The final game - Around the World in 80mins - we had to abandon completely. About two thirds of the way through the game, we used a ‘machine’ card - an in-app puzzle that depends on your phone’s orientation. Like several other people who played this game, the compass wouldn’t register direction. It’s a key step in the game and without proper functionality we were completely unable to progress. I admire Unlock’s creativity with using phone functionality in the game - but being left in a situation of having to entirely abandon one of the games is just infuriating. Please fix these problems, Unlock - they are ruining enjoyment of your games!!
