Did what it needed to do, best value. The nozzle pressure is pretty strong, so be careful when using.

We use this wound wash and it seems like it does the job well. It’s not always available at the local store so I appreciate being able to order it to the house. My only word of caution is that the first use comes out strongly. It’s easy to control the flow rate after that.

i fill up a small spray bottle with this solution and spray it onto my piercings daily and let it air dry, and it works extremely well to keep your piercing healthy!

I love this for cleaning and keeping my new piercings clean and healthy. It’s a better value because the can is a lot bigger then the ones at the store. Also great for pet care first aid and general wound cleaning and healing. If you spray directly onto piercings you might get these salt crystals buildup but no real problems for me. Must have for the home and backpack!

I purchased for wound cleaning. I purchased multiples of this. Sometimes, when I depressed the button, nothing came out. The bottle was full but something must have happened in transit where the pressure escaped the bottle, making it useless. I reordered and the next one was fine. You may not return this item once you purchase it, even it has not been used. I now keep it in the car for emergency purposes.

I used gauze pads to pat the wound dry after using the wound wash. If the wound is sore to the touch, it is best to spray the wound wash onto a sterile gauze pad and pat the wound clean, since the spray jets out strong from the bottle.

Works great on new piercings! Unfortunately, my cap did break off and it now leaks, but other than that it worked great up to that point

The first step is to clean my surgical wounds gently with sterile saline, so I purchased this product. It does a good job, and I’m very satisfied with it and the price, but I have one warning. With the bottle I received, the saline sprays out very quickly in a stream, so be prepared. I thought it would be a fine mist I could spray directly on my wounds but not so with my bottle. I made adjustments by spraying it directly on the sterile gauze I use for cleaning the wounds.
