Pthe needed charger for the batter
I’m sure they’re actually fine as far as batteries go but they do not describe how this battery is to be charged. This battery is a replacement that goes to a specific brand of electric product. Most of our electric tools have a plug in charger though others have a specific slide on charger that fit specific groves in the battery. I needed a plug in type of battery. Every electric tools, from garden trimmers, weed eaters, smaller chainsaws, etc made in China are plug in. Tools from the US like drills have batteries that slide onto their specific charger. Manufactures in the US of electrical tools should consider making batteries that are all interchangeable with one type of charger. Then three star rating has more to do with Maxlander’s description of their battery and my assumption that electric powered tools made in China and general brand batteries were universally charged the same. Lesson learned. If you have the correct charger fit this battery, I'm sure it would work just fine.

Didn’t fit.
Bought this as a replacement battery. Had an identical part number to the original but new one didn’t fit due to a design change. If fit, form or function of a part design changes, recommend creating a new part number. Part returned.

the battery died
i received the product and used it for a couple hours.then put it away until had to cut some more limbs a few months later only to find out it was dead? my neighbor tested the battery and told me it was kaput! i had to order another at the cost of 49$. not happy.i read some other reviews and find im far from being the only one who had this happen.anyways,i did get a quick response and the trimmer is no problem!

a piece of garbage
lasted 3 months then batterioes went dead. You can charge them but as soon as you use even a medium speed the blower dies. I have complained to maxland several and never heard back. I will never recommend your products to anyone
