MSH Loveliner Liquid Eyeliner Brown, Waterproof, Smudge-proof, No dyes

I bought this product based on an instagram person i follow. This product arrived in a timely manner but it was dry. No liquid came out unless i pressed really really hard on my eyelid and as we all know that is not how i want to apply liquid liner on a daily basis. Contacted customer service and they pretended that would either refund or replace this item but they never did. At this point I just have to count it as $25 lost. Save your money it's definitely not worth it. As for the recommendation from the influencer - very disappointed in her.

Product is either defective or color is way too light. I have pale skin and this eyeliner is not visible on me
