The lid needs to be removed to pour tea. The press button is of no use. Please replace if product is faulty. Did not expect this from Milton

Milton is the best
Searched a lot of flask/kettle but finally found this one and it is very good.. keeps tea warm for a long time..Completely satisfied. No-one can beat Milton..The name says it all.

One of the best vaccume tea pot by Milton .
Though this tea pot cannot keep beverages hot for more than 4 hrs,this is one of the best vaccume tea pot to be used for home use.The design of the pot from inside makes it a bit difficult to clean the pot and drain the water from it entirely.Looks so classy and rich.Not recommended for travelling .

I tried a few flasks and was never satisfied.this is really good and keeps the liquid warm for 12 hours.
