Was looking for good quality cam at a good price due to this, and I found this one and gave it a try. Out of the box, this one is constructed very well compared to others. The buttons are better quality, the LCD display is crisp and well lit, the video and snapshot is perfectly in focus and crisp too. The colors are true to life, vibrant in fact, and very smooth on the stabilizer where moving is fluid too. Hard to believe at this price to find something this nice where I'm feeling on getting one of these for myself too. I did a video, this was with this camcorder and the two snapshots at the end, are from the cam too from the same moment. The memory card keeps two directories, one for pics, and one for video, which is really nice too. No conversion needed here, format output is compatible with everything as well. No cons, the best one I have found yet, where my girl and I are really happy with this purchase.

Are you serious right now? Even with me seeing the previous reviews and video tutorials I still seemingly was caught off guard upon receiving this which also shipped and got here Early and that is always a plus. Great picture loves the microphone and you guys just try and remember to turn your microphone on before you begin lol. I had forgotten to the first time around which was all just a practice run anyway with my daughter and nephews great times making great memories we get to keep forever and show others as well. My day will consist of creating my Lil munchkins along with myself, of course, a fantastic kid-friendly family oriented Youtube channel our very first one ever. I was extremely nervous, but I won't lie about it buying this camera and having it actually in my hands and ready to rock, and roll was a great decision to make and I think a wonderful addition to my soon to be opened business and great for my already existing Mary Kay one. Looking forward to possibly seeing some of you. Thanks for your time and yes you should buy this product and the only concern I would have for you is the fact that you haven't purchased it yet.

I felt it was a good price point for the features.Sound quality is not professional, but is great for amature videos. Video quality is not professional, but that is not why you would buy this camera. It is ideal for youtube videos, and vlogging. My daughter loves using it around the house.I have not used all the accessories, but the microphone seems to enhance the sound better. I haven't used the handheld mount or the hood yet, and not quite sure I need them.Included a video of my dog so you can see the level of quality. The lighting was indoor lighting at night for a reference point.

Edit: ok so the seller finally got back to me about the remote so I upgraded by one star because the remite will work as long as the front hood is not on which kinda defeats some to the shooting capability so that is why only a one star upgrade to four stars because its a poor design in my opinion to have something that uses an accessory that completely defeats another useful accessory like a remote. So I have edited out the part about it not working at all because it works as long as you do not use all the accessories. The rest of my review is fair and accurate.So far I have only played with it and not shot a serious youtube video yet but so far I am very very satisfied with the product and recommend it for those who want a camera at a fair price point.

I have now been able to record with this camera, and it is not good. Poor, blury video! And the microphone is horrible!I. t worked fine the first time I used it, after that every time I've turned it on it is set to black and white. I've been clicking on everything I can find and nothing changes the image colors back to color. If anyone knows what I need to do to change it please help me! The camera itself isn't the worst however I was only able to use it the one time. Does anyone know if this company has a website with tutorials? The Zoom is blurry on the camera, and I haven't tried out the remote control.

Have just received the unit. I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality of the camera. It seems to be very well built. The hand stabilizer unit seems to be made from aluminum, I had expected plastic.It has been easy to set up, controls are easy to access and use. I'll do an update after I have a couple of days to play with it.

I got this camera for a short-term project that I needed to put together. I won't need a video recorder after this, so I didn't want to spend a ton of money. I didn't expect anything amazing from this thing, but I DID expect it to last longer than 3 days. I got a grand total of ONE short video out of this thing before it stopped working entirely. If you get one that lasts, it's pretty good for the money you spend. But buyer beware.

For the price I guess it would be a five star. Im not sure if it is because its a vlogging camera, but the filming was too close! Even when we zoomed out it was just too close. I have long arms, and even after fully extending during recording, it was just way too close. I don't see it being 4k either. I will say that it came with some nice additions. So with that, it is just something to record some memories and maybe let the kids use. But definitely not for youtube videos as advertised.
