Living in Florida, Mosquitoes seem to never die. DEET in repellents these days can run all the way down to only 15% - 25%. I've ordered 40% several times which is better. I do not WEAR it, rather I pray my balcony screens with it and front area where the insects hang out - (food smells?) NOW!!!! 98 %. It's "winter now" but they're still around. I can't even sit out on my lovely balcony with water view. I think by spraying the screen and Balcony they will not be tempted to visit. So much better than Cironella. I'll spray, then stay away from balcony for a day to make sure there is no residual smell. When those 'eagles' come back, I'll be ready for them.

Strong 98% DEET formula provides 10-hour protection. Very effective against mosquitoes and ticks. Essential for outdoor activities.

*And propellant. For when you absolutely, positively want to tell those pesky mosquitoes and other nasty annoying insects it's time to bugger off somewhere else. It's kinda greasy, but DEET is an oil, and this is DEET. Just DEET. Any complaints about it being greasy should quickly be dispelled once the mosquitoes find a target that didn't use this spray.

This works well for about 2 hours in heavy infestations in the backwoods then need to reapply. Reason it got less than 5 stars is that it's not a continuous spray like the old cans..instead you have to keep pressing the pump to keep the spray coming out, which is not really helpful for someone with bad hand arthritis. Wish the old spray can were available in this formulation

This insect repellent works well, but it feels very oily on the skin. The protection is strong, but the texture is uncomfortable and leaves a greasy residue. It does the job, but I wish the formula were lighter.

This stuff is no joke. The mosquitos have been bad this year. I just recommend keeping this off anything plastic as it’s very caustic.
