MS-10ES Commercial 320w Electric Meat Slicer w/ Stainless Steel Blade

I was a Deli worker for fifteen years. This is why I am glad I purchased this KWS slicer. 1) KWS offers exceptional customer support. KWS Customer Service answered all of the questions I sent to them via email within a few hours. They kindly supplied information, videos I requested, and other assistance. 2) The model MS-10ES slicer cuts various kinds of Deli products, roasts, hams, etc. 3) The slicer is easy to clean, reasonably easy to lift, to store, and has a power cord of reasonable length, ( KWS’ instruction manual says an extension cord should NOT be used when operating the slicer ). IMPORTANT NOTE – This model slicer only opens to #6 on the Product Thickness Control (knob), which has number settings from “0” to #10. For those that need thicker slicer settings. works great. i have sliced up ham, chicken, cheese, and vegetables. customer support was good too. they answered my questions and sent videos to help. the one thing bothering me is the stuff being sliced falls down close to the blade. ive had it pick the stuff back up and fling it.

I researched for about a month to find a meat slicer that isn't a flimsy, underpowered toy. This unit is well made and about 1/10th the cost of a Hobart. It is stainless steel and anodized aluminum with a 320 watt motor, that will slice semi frozen meats and cheeses accurately. The all metal is easy enough to clean. The blade is pretty heavy duty and was sharp enough to cut paper thin as well as medium slices of of a ham. I'm hoping this is a great investment, as I would rather cook at home for family and friends than be disappointed by going to most restaurants. I definitely recommend using level 9 cut resistant gloves when handling the blade for cleaning or pulling sliced items from the tray while slicing.

The slicer is amazing. And customer service was great. I thought I had a problem. But it was just my issue with adjusting the slice. Customer service took their time and and answered all my questions.

Very easy to set up and clean when finished. Have used for a few months now and have no issues. Works on everything I have tried from roasts to korean bbq style slices.

I probably use this differently than most people as I set it on the counter with the on off buttons toward me. That way I am pushing away from me and pulling towards me. I get to see the sliced meat fall off and stack. I do not use the clear acrylic shield.
