Makes my hair controllable! And with curly hair it is so very helpful!

I’ve been using this product for almost 20 years. It’s great. Adds great hold and if your hair gets wind blown all you have to do is wet your hands and run them through your hair and voila refreshed.Now for the dispenser. Yes sometimes you pump air or nothing. The trick is to push the bottom up until you feel resistance. Then use the pump and if necessary push up again on the bottom. I’ve occasionally had the product separate where oil comes out and hardened product but if you rub your hands together it will mix back up. I use it every single day. About a 3/4” of ribbon and it lasts me two months.

My hairdresser recommended this product when I got my haircut. She didn't have any when she styled my hair with something else that was heavier. The hair looked great but the heavier product was just that, heavy and waxy.I was in a rush to try Redken Texture paste that my hairdresser recommended. I wanted to go to Ulta, but it's not so close to home and in my haste, I ordered it through Amazon.THE PRODUCT IS WONDERFUL! it does do all that it's supposed to do, such as lifting a seperating where needed and is LONG LASTING. I can simply run my fingers through my hair in the AM and I'm good to goMY PROBLEM: I am sure this was a returned product. The pump was already primed when I went to use it, followed by an air bubble, not allowing more product to dispense. I had enough to start with and it wasn't until I went to use it again, that I decided to check out why the pump wasn't dispensing the product.I checked the bottom and found that it was open and I pressed on the bottom and it pushed the volume up and I was then able to dispense the product.HOWEVER, in doing so, I saw that there was a large amount of space at the end of the container, leading me to wonder if it had been used before me since I had only used a small amount.I DID get a chance to to to ULTA and checked to same product and found the pump volume was all the way to to bottom of the container. (If you see the container, you'll know what I mean.THE PRODUCT IS 5+ stars. The seller on AMAZON, a 2 for passing off used products.Lesson learned.

This was my favorite hair product. Unfortunately they discontinued it. If they bring it back I will definitely buy it again. It's not greasy or sticky. But it keeps your hair in place.

When I received the product, it never worked. I would pump the product up and out but nothing ever came out.

Love this item. Has worked perfectly since the first styling of my hair. Just run in through real fast and it’s good to go.
