I am 65 years old in the United States and have been making pasta my whole adult life.I bought this for the amazing price of $2.15 for 16 ounces at the local health food store.This is the best pasta I have ever had.So thick and firm. You would have to be negligent or forgetful to not cook this perfectly al dente. I have never had fusilli that held together so well after cooking the appropriate time. Each pasta holds the sauce beautifully instead of falling off like so many other fusilli I’ve had over the decades.I am going to return to the store and get every variety they have. Everyone who loves pasta should know about this one!

Picked up this Bronze cut pasta #66 at Whole foods or Fresh market. Paired it with RAO's sauce. Best pasta I have EVER had. Great consistency & flavor.

I havent yet made use of this pasta, but I foresee no problem. I believe it to be top quality pasta.
