Fantastic and better than celebrity endorsed rice
The grain size is long and it is aromatic too (though you can't expect the aroma to be like a perfume spray). Grains are thinner and long and moreover the grains don't stick to each other like non-basmati rice. This rice is superior to the other celebrity endorsed rice brands.Basmati rice has very low or nearly zero fat in it and is high in carbs. If you are watching your weight then this or any genuine basmati rice can be good. The only caveat is that you may want to avoid eating any rice night (post 7pm) as it is high in carbs.Enjoy eating. The size and taste of the rice. The best thing that you don't feel heavy after eating.
Real taste of pulav basmati rice. The taste and aroma is too good. My elder son generally doesn't relish rice, i tried all premium brands but he never showed interest. While making this rice he liked the aroma and texture of it that he asked to make it daily. I hope they not compromise on quality in future. Pansari is one if my fav brand for atta and other items. So thumbs up for the Rice also👍

I tried many basmati rises but this one is delicious and quality is also good but seller should send in good packaging not directly in item pakage like i received bcz there is chances pakage may be damage in shipping

Not the original dehradun basmati rice just a descent long grain rice and it's overpriced

Excellent rice, and yes, dubar means broken rice (2 tukda)
First of all, for those who don't know, and are providing negative reviews just because the rice is broken rice, please be informed before purchasing and do some research.Dubar means 2 tukda (pieces), and tibar means 3 tukda (pieces). This Means Dubar rice is a rice grain broken into 2 pieces. Do it doesn't mean that the rice is bad. There is a section of people who prefer to eat small grain rice than long grain rice always. This is for daily consumption, unlike long grain basmati, again, for a section of people.The grains are aromatic, but not so aromatic when cooked. It should be soaked for at least 30 minutes before cooking if cooked in the pressure cooker so that it doesn't end up being wet sticky rice. When cooked properly, it tastes great and you can always use ghee for aroma.So go ahead and order if you can eat and appreciate small grain rice :)
