The vanilla beans were vacuum sealed, item was still fresh very vibrant smell of vanilla amora. The beans were all sturdy and plump. Great value for my money will definitely purchase again. I am using them for homemade vanilla extract by the looks, texture and smell the taste should be amazing.

The beans seem fresh. They are moist and there is no mold or problems. They seem quality and the price was good, so I will continue to buy this brand. I'm making vanilla extract with this. So far, so good! I cut the beans up and put them into a glass jar with vodka. You need to keep it away from light in a dark, cool place. After just a few days it's already becoming brown as it should. I guess you shake daily for 3 months to 1 year for the best flavor. It's a much better value than buying the other brands as they are tiny and watery and like $10 for a tiny bit.

These vanilla beans smelled wonderful through their vacuum seal package. They even smelled better when I took them out of the package. They make the excellent vanilla extract, and you can make it as strong or as mild as you want. Plump, full of moisture with a smooth texture. I buy this brand because it’s the best qualities that I have found.

Like this product very much. I have bought it several times. I will buy it again. Not very many, 6-8, but compares to other brands, since everything keeps going up. Will buy again. I make my own vanilla extract. Works great. I even cut the bean open and scrape it out for batter and cookies. I haven't done that much but will continue as I love cooking and baking. The beans are filled with moisture, not dried out. They are a trust worthy brand. Love cooking and have used in everything I can. I like to experiment in cooking. I use Lavender and Vanilla in everything. love this product.

Would definitely purchase again as I read the reviews and was a bit curious about the size, strength and value for my money ~ well I will definitely purchase again they are a bit short 5”-7” but the width is good and very plump. They are not dry as they are sealed in vacuum sealing kit so therefore they will be flattened but I made vanilla extract and set up for subscribe and save to have them for baking.

Smells delicious just as the cellar describes. Oh, my goodness, these vanilla beans taste. So good in ice cream and the coffee that I make every morning. Yes, amazing, definitely worth the price.

These are perfect for homemade vanilla extract!!!

The vanilla beans I received were wrapped in a vacuum sealed package. Gentle squeezing of the package showed the beans to be moist and plump. This was reinforced when I removed the beans from the package. I am using these to make vanilla extract. Cutting into the beans was akin to cutting into a slice of meat. They were tender with a bit of juice naturally emanating from the skin with that strong vanilla scent.

I need to buy more. I like the quality, my vanilla extract smells amazing.

You can't return these or get refund or anything. There is a note on the package with an email address to send an email if there is mold. They got back to me quicker than expected compared to the other reviews. The ones that were good, smelled amazing. We popped them into a couple bottles of booze to test the best to make vanilla extract. 3 days in, and it smells and even tastes great. Now to let it set for a couple months

Yes these are smaller beans, maybe about 5-6 inches but they are very plump which makes them grade A. Would recommend. I use to make my own vanilla extract. Have a bottle of good vodka that I have about 30 beans still in it from over the years. Just add more good vodka and more beans as you use it up. Also use to make vanilla sugar by putting split beans in my sugar container. Be sure to split open lengthwise first and scrape out the seeds as that is where most of the flavour is. Can cook with that and just keep pods for extract or making the sugar. Worth the price especially when stores sell for much higher.

I bought these to make vanilla extract with. The extract is only about 5 months into its journey. The beans have been changing the alcohol into a beautiful caramel color. They smelled so delightful and were plump and moist out of the package. They were FULL of caviar when I sliced them open. I also used a few of them to make some vanilla ice cream and it was seriously so good. These are great quality beans.
