Rabitos Royale - 55 Piece Dark Chocolate Covered Fig Bonbons Gift Box (1kg / 35.2oz)

These are some of my favorite chocolates going back 20 years when I first discovered them in a Corte Ingles in Madrid. The quality of the ones I received from this seller (La Mode Sweets) was excellent!They were fresh and absolute perfection. A few posters have commented on their candy being "old" because of the chocolate crumbling when bitten. It's a chocolate shell, it's supposed to crumble. The dried figs were soft and fresh and the chocolate truffle filling is divine! One of the most impressive things is how quickly they arrived, I received mine the day after I ordered them, which was a shock because they were estimated to take a week. Even if you think you don't care for dried figs because you associate them with fig newton's (which I don't care for either), these are nothing like that. They're just crazy good. If you're a fan of dried fruit and chocolate, I highly recommend giving them a try.

Bought it for the party and guests were raving about it - 1 kg box lasted, not! Bought again as a small indulgence for the family. Fast delivery. Product was fresh and delivered in perfect condition.

Taste sooooo gooood!!!!

We've bought these figs at Trader Joe's and hoping this would be the same I was disappointed. At first (figs at the top) tasted very similar, but as I was eating and getting towards the middle and bottom of the box I started getting mixed flavor and also figs with broken chocolate inside packaging. The ones that were good were soft inside and had that original brandy flavor, others were a bit harder and didn't have that brandy flavor (not fresh?). Paying more than double (compared to TJ price) and not even getting fresh consistent product is a rip off I think. Stay away from this seller/product.

You are selling old/expired product ! chocolate melts right after open wrap, every piece I opened like that , will not buy again here

Product was not fresh. stake and dried out. If you have had Rabitos fresh, it is delicious. However, finding a vendor who provides fresh product is challenging. Giving up.
