Very impressed!
Used it on my knee which has been playing recently and it was less painful after. Like that it comes in a glass pot instead of plastic.

Strong aloe smell, overall good
The media could not be loaded. Β 1. Arrived well secured2. Smell is aloe, nice and rather strong3. It has hard consistency similar to Shea butter4. Application could be easy but not sure if I want to measure 8g when I use it... I find this a bit inconvenient (could be described in visual quantities too)5. No allergy after use6. Good effect after application

Mixed results but on the whole works well
This arrived in a simple branded lift top box with the glass screw top jar inside sealed at the top with plastic; I was looking forward to trying this out as I have a lot of pain in my hands and have never tried any CBD products to help try and relieve this before.First impressions: after opening it up the balm is a pale yellow colour and is a solid constancy not runny at all, the ingredients are listed on the box with Olea europaea oil and Beeswax being two of the main ingredients which give the consistency and scent it has, the scent is mild and not unpleasant, the jar has 8mg of CBD per serving/application although I would say this is more of an estimate depending on the application and area covered.I have been using this on my hands now for a week as an alternative to the pain relief gel I normally use, it is easy enough to apply and once it hits the heat of the skin melts into an oil, I found it did help ease the pain but was not the magic bullet I hoped for although didnβt expect but certainly was as good as the pain relief gel I normally use. Although a small jar it goes a long way giving good coverage. My wife suffers from stiffness in her neck and has also been using it and has been very impressed with the results saying it has really been helping relive the pain being far better than the gel she uses.Overall a bit of mixed results, I found it worked to help relieve the pain in my hands although no more than the normal gel I use, my wife said it worked really well at relieving the pain and ache in her neck, itβs easy to apply and does not smell unpleasant, although it is a small quantity it goes a long way.

Felt No Burn
Having back problems means that this family knows its way around a pain killing gel. Our preferred method is an ibuprofen gel as it kills pain and reduces inflammation. The days of stinky and painful Red Heat are over. This 'Muscle Balm' from Cannaray should have been a more relaxing affair as you massage it in and has the look and feel of a massage rub.The tub is not massive, but inside you get a solid glob of waxy like material. You have to give it a good rub to get any off. After applying some to the lower back it seemed to do .... nothing. A nice massage was always pleasant but any pain was not greatly reduced. It appears that others are getting more from the balm and perhaps I need to slaver more on. However, this will mean that it is an expensive alternative to solutions we know work. I will stick to the more medicinal, in effect and smell, ibuprofen and leave this for people better at massaging.

Good for massage
I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I received this muscle balm to try. Im glad to say that is doesn't have an unpleasant scent although personally I'm not too keen on the whiff of eucalyptus. The texture is very hard and you have to melt it in your hands. The ingredients of shea butter and arnica - which have conditioning and anti inflammatory properties respectively - are nice additions but of course the star is the CBD oil. There are so many proposed benefits to CBD oil and I expected this balm to really make a difference to just an oil rubbed into sore muscles, for example.Unfortunately I didn't feel any major improvement between using this and using plain olive oil to massage muscles - the action of massaging itself is the most effective source of relief. However I do think that this makes massage a lot easier and if you are a fan of CBD containing products you might find this has a very good effect.I hope you find this helpful.

Takes the edge off muscle and joint aches
Having been using this for a little while now particularly on post-running aches, I can say that it does actually work. The tub itself is a little smaller than I'd expect for the Β£28 it costs, but a little does seem to go a long way so it'll likely work out good value when longevity is considered. While a solid balm in the tub it quickly melts when exposed to body heat and absorbs nicely into what every area it is applied, with no residue left behind. You get a slight warming sensation as soon as it is applied and it really does take the edge of muscle and joint aches. It has a nice scent when first applied though this doesn't last but it's not being purchased for its fragrance so that's not an issue.Having tried a few CBD muscle-balms, this is the first one I've actually found to work so I'm really happy.

Too hard
With 250mg total CBD content, I was expecting to have to use a fair bit of this stuff on each application, but on first use this was almost impossible as the product is rock hard! If you dig in a little though it's more pliable under the surface. The consistency could use some work!Once I did get into it though I found it has a nice waxy texture which goes on easily but isn't too greasy, though it does leave a waxy film on the skin. It smells good too! Whether it will work for you I cannot say, but I have had mixed results. It works well for my partner's period cramps, but has less (but some) effect on my training injuries.Overall though, it's a well presented product which with a little improvement could be a great one.

Pricey but Worth It
Great for using on it's own or with a massager to help sooth tired and aching muscles, or even just to use in general if you're very active/work out a lot. On the top of the CBD which I love to use the included arnica, and shea butter leave skin feeling really nice and soft and the aloe and eucalyptus are very soothing. It massages in pretty well without getting too sticky or leaving behind a heavy residue and feels really nice to use with a nice scent but it's pricey if used very regularly but would still would recommend for effectiveness.
