It stays cool for 8 hours. Smells nice. It does it job.

Skeptical at first, but delighted in how well it worked. Cooled forehead and gave relief as described. Only one minor comment: there's a very slight odor detected from the cooling gel, but not overwhelming as to discontinue use. Would purchase this item again.

These are even better than the first brand (bandaid) I was introduced. The mint and borneo relieved the pain from my burn and healed my burn quickly! Well designed.

These don't get super cold but they do cool and for a long while. I got these to help with heat. They stick on and have a bit of a medicine smell but worth it to me to help keep my body temperature down.

Being in the cold season is a huge sickness guarantee. My son had had a ton of colds and fevers especially. These cooling pads looked like a great way to soothe his discomforts. The pack includes a good amount so I can use it on multiple occasions. My son had a little discomfort adjusting to it. It definitely helped him cool down and get better sleep, but the patch’s adhesive is quite weak and wouldn’t stick for long. The duration definitely got reduced because of this. Although the patches work, they don’t stay onto my baby’s skin for very long wasting a lot of patches.

These have been a life saver during my little mans teething stage. The strips are pretty big so I cut them in 1/2 and they work wonders! I’ve even used it on myself!The patch has a strong scent but it’s not horrible. Smells like eucalyptus. It seems to calm my son down. The patch really does stay cold for a while.The only CON is that it doesn’t stick for longer than an hour but it could be because my son is so active.

Hardly feel cold at all. And I don't like the stickiness, what if you want to put it on your head, it just sticks to your hair. Automatic return the next day item. Sigh. And the smell was really, really bad. I had to wash my hair afterwards. Made in China.
