It is pretty good
Use it the right way, and don't touch your face. Then, works perfectly. We got it because I wanted to try lady Gaga's one, but didn't know if we would like it at the price point. So,we tried this first to see if we liked the idea of it. Definitely an affordable dupe for Haus Labs.

eyeliner is good, "stamps" aren't stamps, just stickers
the "stickers" suck

The stickers don’t stick after makeup is on

Luxsea Liquid Eyeliner Eyeliner Stickers
I really like this eyeliner but I suck with the stickers, I don't have the greatest hand, I'm shaky and if you can't get these stickers on perfect and symmetrical then it doesn't work. The eyeliner lasts and is smudge proff.

Wonderful Eyeliner! Sticker stencils great if you DON’T have extremely hooded eyes
The liner comes in an outer product box. It is made in China. It is cruelty free. The “stamps” are NOT stamps. They are stickers. They come in a cardboard envelope type thing. It feels durable enough that you can keep the stencils in there to store them, which I like. It unfolds completely.Like I said, there aren’t “stamps” they are stickers. The product info page says the eyeliner kit includes “three sizes of our undetectable tip stamp stickers.” I guess by undetectable they mean once you use the sticker, trace around it, remove the sticker, and fill in the middle area people won’t be able to tell you used a stencil.Unfortunately, one of my stencils was damaged (see photos). But, 1 out of 24 (12 pairs) isn’t too bad. But, they should have been on there well enough to not get damaged.I wanted to try these because I have really small, really hooded eyes, so wings are hard. I can draw them just fine without stencils, but then when I open my eye, it looks curved all weird because of my darn hood 😤 It’s very frustrating! Even though I can draw wings fine on my own, I thought maybe the stencils would help me draw them in a way where it didn’t curve weird when I opened my eyes! 🤞The cardboard envelope has instructions for how to use the stencils:1. Start with clean, bare skin.2. Looking into the mirror, with your eyes open, align the wing sticker with the bottom of your UPPER lash line, just slightly above the outer corner of your eye. Avoid closing your eyes at this step, you will get a more precise application if they are kept open3. Gently apply the sticker and pat into place.4. Then, using Phoera Liquid Eyeliner draw a line along your upper lash line connecting to the TOP of the wing sticker at the outer corner of your eye. PRO TIP: Keep your eyes open during this step, too.5. When you’re ready to remove, gently peel off the sticker and place back on original side of the paper. For step 4, it doesn’t say whether you align the top part of the sticker or bottom part of the sticker with the upper lash line. I’m guessing that you align the top part with the upper lash line. That looked like it should be the way at least. I used the damaged one on my arm to just show you kind of what it would look like. I used the eyeliner to outline the outside of the sticker. I tried to be some on the sticker and some off the sticker so it wouldn’t be too much wider than the sticker. Then I removed the sticker and colored in the middle part. This is probably common sense, but make sure the eyeliner is completely dry before removing the sticker so you don’t smudge it at all. I think it turned out pretty well, even with a damaged stencil sticker!Using the stencil on my eyes worked okay. They still would bend weird like when I drew my own. I tried to apply the sticker with my eyes open like the instructions say, but my hood would make it all weird. So, I would always close my eyes. I did try the smallest one with my eyes opened and that worked the best. It also didn’t have such a weird bend. But, it also didn’t show when my eyes were open completely. The outer design of the pen is plain black with the brand name in white. It is plastic. It’s curved so there’s kind of an indent in the center. It’s comfortable to hold. It is a brush tip applicator. It is thin and has a very precise point.I got the shade “101 Jet Black.” It has great pigment. When I first took the cap off and tried it, the pigment wasn’t too great. I got more of a dark grey line. I shook it really good beforehand, so I was worried it wouldn’t be the “jet black” it was supposed to be. But then, when I tried it again, it had much better pigment. Every time after that the pigment was great. Nice and black. With my really small, really hooded eyes, I always draw a VERY thin line of eyeliner along my lash line. I don’t like it thick because it covers the little lid that actually shows when my eyes are open. So, I make sure the line is as thin as possible. With brush tips, I am always worried I won’t be able to get a thin, precise line. But, as you can see in my swatch photo, you can get a very thin, precise line! I was happy about that!It dries down quickly. It didn’t transfer at all once it was dry. It didn’t feather at all either. It looked beautiful and lasted all day. It was easy enough to remove at the end of the day with my cleansing oil.Overall, I think this is a great liner! For the stencils, if you don’t have extremely hooded eyes like me, but aren’t good at wings, this is a great idea! If you have hooded eyes like me and want to try doing wings, you might get use out of this. But, personally, I wouldn’t recommend them because it didn’t help me much. Like I said before, I could already draw wings. I was just hoping the sticker stencils would help me figure out how to place the wings where they wouldn’t bend weird when I opened my eyes. These didn’t do that. The only one that worked well was the smallest one, and it did what I can already do for myself without it - drew a tiny baby wing that didn’t bend, but couldn’t be seen when my eyes were open completely. So, if you don’t have extremely hooded eyes but need help with wings, I definitely recommend this! If you do have extremely hooded eyes, I wouldn’t recommend this.
