813748 Power Stance Tongue Jack with Optional 2-Way to 7-Way powering System for RVs

We decided to get a Lippert, because of their high ratings. This model has been great to use so far. Easy to install and use. Not noisy.

Plenty of power and it does what it’s supposed to do as advertised. Great product with one problem, you can’t turn the control sideways. The way the bar is located underneath the controls will not allow you to turn the head of the unit sideways so you can drop your tailgate down all the way. The only way I can see you being able to do It, is to completely cut off that bar and shave down the metal connecting it. You can turn it completely backwards, though, but chances are you will have to move your propane back and out-of-the-way to accommodate. I also bought the power cord that hooks directly to your seven pin on your vehicle, and that has been a great product! I haven’t even hooked it up to my battery. Two bonuses that I see about doing this is that one, added security because if someone can’t raise the jack (without the manual tool) you’re gonna have a really hard time towing it away and stealing the trailer. And two, I don’t ever have to worry about a possible parasitic drain on my battery. All in all, this is a great product and I would recommend it again!

Bought on Prime Day for 40% off I believe. It was on my short list of replacement jacks for my 24ft bumper pull RV, so that made my decision easy. Install is as straightforward as you would guess. 3 bolts and a power wire. My original Jack died on me and was old enough the label was missing, sorry I can’t tell you for comparison. The Lippert is slightly slower, but MUCH quieter. My two complaints; First, the foot mounting hole runs front to back, and my “Fastway” folding foot (red part in picture) mounts side to side like most jacks. So I had to drill my own hole. Secondly, the head of the Jack where the controls are is larger than my old Jack. So as pictured, my tailgate does not open while hooked to the RV. As someone that has been dragging trailers since I was 15, HUGE pet-peeve! I’m not unhappy with my purchase especially for what I paid. It did push me to spend more money upgrading to a BulletProof hitch set up to get my trailer further from my truck.

Every time I left the trailer I got to give myself a little workout and my money it's about the same if not more cuz you got to lift it up higher and then you got to take it all the way back down. This thing makes things way easier just stand there and press the button and it goes up and it goes down I love it good price good construction does exactly what it's supposed to make the job way easier

The quality looks to be great, but it was missing the foot that touches the ground and handle to manually lift the jack. Missing items out of a brand new jack. That was my first red flag. So I used the one off of my old jack. Bolted right up. I installed this jack on my enclosed trailer. Fully aluminum 2024 20ft alcom stealth, weighing in at 2280lbs empty. It took 5 minutes to move 12 inches. Extremely slow! Your finger starts to hurt after a minute of holding the button. So 5 minutes was a challenge. Then once the jack touched the ground with very little pressure, it wouldn't lift my trailer! It started to skip, then it just shut off while stuck. Leaving my trailer stuck in the position. I couldn't do anything. I had to get my floor jack and lift my trailer up. The jack went right back into the box. I'd avoid this product! Listen to the reviews. What a headache.

We ordered the product and when it arrived the package appeared as if it had been damaged, the cover was cracked. The company sent a replacement immediately! It’s a great product and works well!

It was a 30 minute job. Used a wire nut for temporary electrical connection. I will install a crimp connector with some shrink tubing to weather proof the electrical connection. It does seem slower than my old one, but the old one quit working, so it is a win for me. I like the bar for the safety chains.

My RV came equipped with a number of stock Lippert components. They have proven of excellent quality and service. Whenever I have a need to add or replace components, my preference are Lippert products.

I bought this to replace the original tounge jack on my 22' travel trailer. It does the job...slowly. I like the tow vehicle plug storage and the loops to hang your chain hooks on. I mounted it sideways to facilitate the opening of my tailgate. For the price you can't go wrong as every other brand at my local trailer dealership was twice the price.

It was so nice to replace my manual jack with this on my travel trailer. Read reviews first before purchasing this brand, and they were very good. I did have to turn it sideways so my suv liftgate could clear it. I would have given this 5 stars, if they had predrilled holes for the sideways installation. I had to purchase a tap and die set to turn sideways, as there were not screw holes for that modification. I had to find video on you tube with instructions to make this modification.

If u have all the time in the world, this jack is perfect for u! Bought it bcuz i was tired of cranking my holiday trailer up by hand, im seriously considering putting the manual crank back on. Painfully slow!!!!!!
