It has definitely helped with some of my anxiety related fidgeting and hair pulling. One thing to note is that it isn’t the most amazing build quality, and some of the switches do squeak quite a bit when using. Probably not the most appropriate for use in quiet environments.

Really adds some flavour and is definitely worth the price compared to the bigger brands.

Double what you get in a named brand jar for half the price and just as good.

Very musty flavour won't buy again
