I was initially sceptical of purchasing this item as I saw a review saying one of the prongs had broken off. However, there were more good reviews, so I decided to go ahead and buy one and I'm so glad that I did. It fit into the socket, (Spain), really well and charging is swift. I also like that there's three USB ports as well. I was also worried about overheating, but all was good as I was able to charge both my phone and my face cleanser with no issue at all. It also doesn't look or feel cheap, quite the opposite and is very compact and easy to fit into a suitcase or overnight bag. It was £16.99 at the time that I purchased it, but I'd still recommend as the value is well worth the £20.99. Really good.

Sturdy plug fits well in 2 and 3 prong Italian plugs and doesn’t feel loose. Have to mark down for the over use of USB A on this product really should have been 3 USB C 1 A or a minimum of 2 of each. I only used USB C and plug the other USBs were redundant.

Excellent plugs, we used them in Rome and they were perfect. Great for charging multiple devices at the same time and fit in your suitcase with ease. The two pack is excellent value although one did get left in Rome lol

Excellent design, enough USB sockets for a family in one socket! Tried it out in Tenerife and it fits perfectly without snagging any surrounds and doesn't wobble like my last adapter.

The two pins are not parallel and are not the same distance apart for EU Type C sockets. They are quite rigid and there is no give. Do not want to be in the position where have to force them into the socket and it breaks. Ordered this product twice and both had the same issue. Edit: Lencent customer service have been amazing. They reached out in order to help with the issues I’d raised. They explained that the pins aren’t parallel so that the plug is more stable in the socket. They had found that the adapters sometimes fall out if the pins were parallel. They sent me videos showing how it worked in the various socket types I might encounter. They are sending me an adapter for free and I will try when I’m in Italy and will post my findings when I’m back. Edit 2: It worked perfectly in Italy both in Florence and Venice. I’m Venice it was a three pin socket that would also take a two pin plug. Worked fine and charged my devices really well.
