Delicious ghee. It smells and tastes very fresh. It has a nice texture, although its a tiny bit grainy whichI don't mind. It smells exactly like the melted butter used to dunk lobster. I used it to cookeggs and they came out buttery and sweet tasting...much better than using plain butter. I've used it on toast, and will keep using it daily because I've read that butyrate which is in ghee is good for the micro biome as its an anti inflamatory fat.I'm very happy with this purchase. Never heard of this brand of ghee...bought it on a gut instinct...I had been buying other brands that I didn't like very much...Some have a strong smelly odor that is almost offensive.. And some were almost gelatinous...This ghee is perfect... Absolutely I would purchase this ghee again.

Very important for those of us who are lactose intolerant! Clarified butter so I use it just as butter including cooking. Also it does not need refrigeration so it sits on the counter, always convenient.

Good ghee; jar is not full, though. Too pricey to keep ordering.

I loved this brand of Ghee. Sadly I can't afford to purchase it very often. It's pricey, but if I could I'd always purchase this brand. And the jar is so pretty.
