Crunchy yet fluffy!
Have been trying more sweet potato fry options and these are my new favorite! All the others are shoe strings which don't provide much sweet potato flavor, but these do! So crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside and has wonderful flavor. I have a deep fryer so can't comment on the baked version.
