I chose this battery to be honest because it included the tools to open my HP Spectre X360 laptop, which I did after watching a YouTube video on replacing the battery in my exact model. Finding a video like that is super helpful, so I'd strongly recommend it if possible. Otherwise I might not have found the hidden screws under the laptop feet.The replacement itself was simple once I knew what to do. The battery fit was perfect, and the new battery has been going strong for several weeks now. Totally happy with the purchase. I don't know if it will have the battery life of the OEM battery, but since that's no longer available, I'm just glad there's an affordable third-party choice that actually works.

Battery states 12 month warranty on webpage but the battery I ordered for my HP Spectre x360 lasted exactly 12 months. However, there is no 12 month warranty as advertised and no way to get a replacement for this piece of jump replacement part. Description is very misleading in what is promised out of the performance of the battery. Had sporadic issues with it holding a charge a few months after using it and they became constant issues where the battery would not hold a charge at all. Good luck if you order this battery because it will not only die before you get normal use out of it, but it will also end up making your laptop unusable because there is not enough power to start up the laptop even when plugged in. Horrible product and I would not recommend. Spend the extra money for a more durable replacement battery.

Couldn't get it to 100% in the first charges. But the battery fit and was easy to install. Would reccomend if you're trying to get 1 or 2 more years out of your laptop

I am having to order another battery because this one started going bad after two months.

The original battery that came with my HP Spectre 360 was awful. It ran out of juice quickly, and the battery became harder to fully charge within the first year. HP customer support was similarly awful (they refused to sell the particular battery that came with my laptop, but offered to replace it for "over $300". I opened the case, found the part number, and bought this one with fingers crossed (1. that I'd be able to install it, and 2. that it would be better than the original). So far, the battery seems fine. It was relatively easy to install (tools are included, but they're soft, so be careful), it seems to hold a charge for many hours, and it fully recharges quickly.

This is supposed to be a replacement for the HP KB06XL battery. My laptop wouldn't stay on for more than 2 seconds with this battery installed. I left my laptop off but plugged on overnight. My laptop turned on the next morning but only ran for several hours (plugged in the entire time) and then just died. Without any battery my laptop would boot just fine. I ordered a replacement just in case mine was DOA. Next battery, same issue, only this time my laptop wouldn't turn on even after an overnight charge. I returned both and instead ordered the BOWEIRUI KB06XL https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QWCBC7R/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. This one worked right out of the box.

The battery seems to work fine but it required a longer install process than necessary because the alignment holes were significantly smaller than on the HP battery I replaced it with, making it an unnecessarily tight fit. Consider making them a little larger next time.

This battery was a replacement for the one in my HP Spectre x360 laptop. I installed it and the battery power LED showed white, indicating a full charge. However, the laptop was unable to detect that a battery had been installed. I reinstalled it, this time flipping the connector so the gold leads were visible. The LED power light showed orange, indicating charging. The battery was detected. In a few hours I had 100% charge.
