No, this is just the strap no the actually monitor. This is a replacement strap that connects to your existing monitor.

Q: What size/length is the band?

It is 15.5 inches. It is the same size as the longer band that came with your OTbeat Burn HR monitor.

Q: How wide is this? I bought one and it was a little over an inch wide and was too big for my heart monitor.

It should easily fit into the OTbeat monitor. I have noticed that @1 in a 100 might be too wide and you have to wiggle it a little but never had one that didn't fit at all. I will look up your order and send you another one at my expense.

Q: How is this charged?? Does it come with charger?

The picture is showing a heat rate monitor to demonstate how the band works and what it will look like when you use it, but it doesn't come with the monitor itself. You are only getting the replacement band therefore you DO NOT need a charger.
